**About the role**:
As an IT Business Partner, you will play a key role in aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, ensuring that every investment delivers measurable value. By building and justifying business cases for technology product delivery, you’ll help shape strategic decisions that drive organizational growth. Your responsibilities will include managing budgets, overseeing capital expenditures (CapEx), and allocating resources to effectively meet diverse business demands. With a focus on oversight and accountability, you will ensure that technology investments are strategically prioritized and deliver impactful results.

**This is what you will do**:
As an IT Business Partner, you will work closely with business leaders to craft and refine a technology strategy that aligns seamlessly with the organization’s overarching goals and long-term vision. By understanding the priorities of the business, you will build and justify compelling business cases for new technology initiatives, ensuring each project delivers measurable value and a clear return on investment.

You will take a hands-on role in overseeing budgets for technology projects, ensuring that all expenditures remain within approved limits and reflect the organization’s strategic priorities. Capital expenditures will also fall under your purview, requiring you to allocate funds effectively to support initiatives that drive growth and operational success. With a focus on resource allocation, you will balance competing business demands, prioritizing the most critical projects to ensure they have the support needed to achieve their objectives. Through these efforts, you will help shape a technology ecosystem that empowers the business to thrive.

You will also be responsible for the following tasks:

- Work with business units to manage demand for technology solutions, prioritizing requests based on strategic importance and available resources.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on the status of technology projects, budget utilization, and resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes within both business and technology teams.

Your work location is our new office on Wibautstraat in Amsterdam. Of course, working from home is possible, but it is desirable that you work from the office at least 3 days a week.

**This is you**:

- 8 - 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry or a similar service-oriented industry, with a strong understanding of business operations and technology needs.
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications in IT management (ITIL), business analysis, or project management (e.g., PMP).
- Proven experience in managing large-scale technology projects and overseeing budgets, with a focus on delivering value to the business.
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with senior business leaders, with the ability to influence and align technology strategy with business goals.
- Led cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations, bridge the gap between IT and business units for organisations.
- Led innovation initiatives within the organization, identified emerging technologies that could benefit the organisation.
- Supported IT and business units on training for new systems and technologies.
- Experience in leading engagement with outsourcing partners, providing a business perspective to technology outcomes.

- A year's contract with a one-month probationary period in accordance with the Recreation Collective Labour Agreement, where we would of course like to eventually employ you on a permanent basis.
- A salary between €4.485 and €6.410 gross per month on a full-time basis* excluding holiday allowance.

- 27 days' holiday for a full-time working week with the possibility of buying 10 extra days off.

- Home working allowance of €2.35 per home working day.
- A travel allowance in accordance with the Landal travel scheme on the basis of €0.23 cents per km. If you decide to travel by public transport, your travel expenses will be reimbursed 100%.

Full-time employment at Landal has a 38-hour working week, which is equivalent to a 5-day working week. If you have part-time employment, your salary and holidays will be prorated.
