**Functieomschrijving**

Je komt te werken voor een e-commerce organisatie. Jij speelt een belangrijke sleutelrol in het signaleren en ontwikkelen van nieuwe marktinitiatieven. Jij signaleert trends, ziet kansen in de markt en weet deze vervolgens om te zetten naar een goed onderbouwde businesscase. Deze cases bevatten onder andere concurrentieanalyses en marktonderzoek. Met jouw commerciële drive en inzicht ontwikkelen je concepten die bijdragen aan de groep van het protfolio van de organisatie. Vervolgens presenteer je deze cases aan stakeholders en wordt het project overgedragen aan de projectmanager.

Je bent een schakel tussen diverse divisies binnen de organisatie. Je houdt je bezig met strategie, business development en innovatie. Je bent continue bezig met het verkennen van nieuwe ideeën en initiatieven en draagt op deze manier bij aan de groei van de organisatie.

**Wat verwachten we van jou?**
- HBO werk
- en denkniveau (diploma in de richting van Business Innovation);
- Ervaring in een soortgelijke rol, in de vorm van een baan óf stage(s);
- 32 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar;
- Je denkt out of the box en bent creatief;
- Ambitieus en commercieel;
- Zelfsturend en pro actief;
- Analytisch sterk en je vindt het leuk om zaken tot de bodem uit te zoeken;
- Enthousiast en leergierig;
- Proactieve houding en durf om vragen te stellen.
