**Your role as a Quality Assurance Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Test Strategy & Implementation
- Define, maintain, and continuously improve the test strategy, ensuring alignment with Scrum principles and the team’s Definition of Done (DoD).
- Establish a scalable and strategic approach to testing across multiple digital products.
- Drive automation adoption and best practices within the testing lifecycle.

Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Mentor and support testers, fostering collaboration within cross-functional Scrum teams to enhance overall product quality.
- Promote a quality-first mindset, ensuring testing is an integral part of the development process.
- Ensure transparency of testing progress, reporting updates during daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Test Management & DevOps Integration
- Embed test management into the DevOps process, ensuring continuous testing is seamlessly integrated.
- Ensure test environments are available, working closely with DevOps engineers to support CI/CD pipelines.
- Define clear testable acceptance criteria during backlog refinement and sprint planning.

Stakeholder Coordination & Continuous Improvement
- Facilitate coordination of testing efforts with Key Users and related teams, ensuring feedback is captured and incorporated into the backlog.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, promoting efficiency in test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Ensure that testing activities align with business objectives and contribute to a seamless user experience.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager, Test Manager, or similar role in an Agile/DevOps environment.
- Strong hands-on mindset with the ability to balance strategy with execution.
- Experience in embedding test management into DevOps processes.
- Strong understanding of Scrum methodologies, Agile testing frameworks, and automated testing approaches.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) or similar test management platforms.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with a collaborative approach to working with developers, testers, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and monitor test metrics.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in managing quality assurance for multiple digital products.
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks and their implementation in CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams across different locations.
- Exposure to cloud-based environments and testing in microservices architectures as well as more traditional development frameworks.
