Business Management Ai Internship: Implementing Ai in Customer Support

**Introduction**:
As part of the Customer Solutions & Support organization (CS&S), Customer Support is the bridge to our customers. The CS organization enables our customers' success by supporting directly their fabs to ensure their tools operate at the highest capacity every day. We work across all regions to deliver focused innovation and execution, and most importantly, drive customer trust.
**Your assignment**:
Your assignment will focus on the following aspects:
- Collaborate with the team to validate the Generative AI solutions against the set requirements and architecture.
- Provide support during the deployment of the solutions to the customer support team.
- Work with the value management team to assess operational performance of the Generative AI solution.
**Your profile**:
To be a perfect match for this internship, you:
- Are a bachelor or master student with an educational background related to Business Management or AI;
- Are looking for an bachelor apprentice or graduation assignment, or a master apprentice internship;
- Have proven experience in Project Management;
- Possess good analytical skills;
- Are self-driven, like to work in a technical environment, structured and eager to learn;
- Have good communication skills and are fluent in English both verbally and in writing.
This internship has a minimum duration of 6 months for 4-5 days per week (3+ days on-site). The start date of this internship is as soon as possible.
**Other requirements you need to meet**:
- You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
- Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;
- You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you ‘re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
- If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
