**Reach your full potential as an International Sales Manager**

At B&S, Sales means building lasting and equal partnerships with your clients and customers. As an International Sales Manager, you will take your time building strong relationships with existing clients, as well as getting to know the markets we are operating in. Your role? Managing and expanding the activities of our customers in the West African region.

In practice, this means you will:

- Maintain regular contact with your clients via phone and digital channels, and visit them frequently.
- Coordinate the processing of orders and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay fully informed about processes and systems
- Use our systems to analyse and update strategies and results, keeping you ahead in your market

You work closely with your commercial colleagues and often consult with them. Together, you chart the path to success. **You**
- Have already gained some work experience in sales
- Have an excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written. Fluency in French is a must
- Enjoy travelling for work, for example to visit customers. You will make these trips about four or five times a year
- Possess strong analytical skills

**Additional Information** We offer you**
- A good monthly salary up to € 3.500;
- fitting with your experience, plus a yearly fixed Christmas bonus and a performance dependent bonus;
