**OUR COMPANY**
Amforça is a dynamic company specializing in sports camps and after-school (BSO) activities for kids from international schools (ages between 4 - 13). We pride ourselves on our professionalism, inclusivity, reliability and high-quality services in sports, health, and prevention.
We have four locations in The Hague in close proximity to various international schools. You will mostly work at our location at Laan van Poot 38C and 22, The Hague close to the European School The Hague. Working at other Amforça locations in The Hague may also be required.

**WHAT IS THE ROLE?**
In the position of **Gymnastics Coordinator**, you ensure the good progress of daily affairs and quality within your activity/sport at all four Amforça locations in The Hague. You closely work with the assistant and general manager and other sports coordinators. Together with the team of **Gymnastics**, you create an enthusiastic atmosphere and make the children and parents feel welcome every day. You support, coach and facilitate your team and work on further strengthening the pedagogical and lesson quality and safety within Amforça to expand the sport/activity program. The coordinator is responsible for the supervision of the sport in all our four branches in the Hague. Traveling in between the locations is required.
**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
**Planning**:
- You make a Gymnastics Academy Policy and support in creating the SC Policy.
- You make a Gymnastics Academy lesson program and progression concept for the year (and quarterly) and communicate this to your team and Amforça. You monitor the success of the plan and adjust it as needed.
- You organize sports days, tournaments, events and highlights.
- You make the schedule for the coaches throughout the year. Academy, SC, Gymnastics camps etc.
- You check and maintain the quality in your sport to always meet the safety, hygiene and general requirements of Amforça.
**Communication and Collaboration**
- You participate in monthly meetings with the coordinators of other sports (knowledge sharing) together with the assistant manager and general manager.
- You will meet with the management Monthly regarding the progression of your work and of your team.
- You collaborate with coordinators or head coaches of other locations to ensure that the quality of your sport is met and to align the sport strategies with each other.
**Supervision of the Team/Coaches**
- You supervise the team, assess their strengths, and give or suggest trainings for the development of your team.
- You support the performance evaluation and career development of your team
- You hold weekly meetings with the Team of the Sport (of all locations).
- Together with the management team you monitor the timeliness and behavior of the other coaches in your team while working at Amforça. We expect you to contact them if you notice that their actions do not meet the expectations and notify the management if necessary.
- You supervise trial coaches in your sport.
**Recruitment**
**Setting an Example**
- You are visible (dressed) in Amforça clothing and you act as a role model and point of contact within your sport/activity. You have regular (daily) contact with all coaches of your sport, parents and children.
- You act as a coordinator during the pick-up as well if needed on that day.

- Competitive industry salary 3.100€ and 3.300€ gross per month based on full-time 36h.(depending on experience).
- At present, our requirement is limited to 10 hours, while the indicated salary range shown is based on a full-time schedule of 36 hours.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You are open-minded, communicative, pro-active, reliable and an inclusive team player.
- You can provide us with a valid VOG certificate (expenses are covered by us).
- You have good communication skills in English (both spoken and written). Dutch and other language skills are considered an asset.
- You are available to work for 12-15h per week.
