Are you an experienced HR professional with a drive for international growth and over two years of experience? UPS is looking for an **HR Operations Supervisor** for the Netherlands and Belgium. **Join UPS as an HR Operations Supervisor, where your proficiency in Dutch, English, and optional French will be crucial for effective communication with our diverse teams and to support our cross-border operations.** Are you ready to enhance our human resources initiatives and drive impactful strategies?

**What You’ll Do**

As an HR Operations Supervisor, you will lead and develop your team, which consists of six HR Specialists in Belgium and the Netherlands. You’ll set clear goals, conduct performance reviews, and provide valuable guidance to the UPS management team regarding HR initiatives, which you will subsequently implement. Additionally, you’ll guide the tactical support on disciplinary and legal matters, performance management, compliance, compensation and benefits, employee relations, labor relations, and workforce planning. Other responsibilities include conducting thorough HR investigations, managing the absence process and a strong exchange between the function.

**What You Bring**
- A **bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management** or a related field.
- At least **4 years of HR experience**.
- Knowledge of **Belgian and Dutch labor laws and regulations**.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in **Dutch, English, and optional French**.
- A **passionate, results-driven attitude**.
- ** Leadership skills**: you enjoy guiding and managing people.
- ** Flexibility**: you are open to frequent travel within Belgium and the Netherlands
