As the Digital Program Manager, you create pull from the Manufacturing community for digital innovations, and you are able to deliver value from these digital solutions by successfully deploying them globally and across different Business Units. You make sure that the adoption of already deployed solutions keeps on increasing.

- ** Reward**: Based on your experience we will offer you a base salary of € 101,864 to € 145,520 per year (including holiday allowance and 13th month) and extra benefits, such as 25 holiday days, a bonus, the option to buy more holiday days with a 6% my choice budget and much more.

**You Bring**
- Academic level in Engineering or Technology, Project Management experience, and knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies;
- 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing, exposure to working in an international cross-BU setting, ability to connect with people from the shop floor to senior management, and affinity with IT and OT.
