As a New Business Manager, you will focus exclusively on acquiring new customers at the senior end of the market. You know how to open doors at large, high-value organisations and turn opportunities into long-term partnerships. You will leverage your existing network and actively build new relationships within the industry to strengthen our position as a trusted leader in connectivity. In this role, you will work closely with Marketing, Product Management, and Pre-Sales to ensure a coordinated approach to winning business. You will be supported by a well-defined go-to-market strategy, enabling you to engage the right prospects, deliver compelling value propositions, and close high-value deals. **What you’ll do** - Drive new business generation with senior-level customers in our target market. - Follow up on high-quality inbound leads and create new opportunities through proactive outreach. - Build, expand, and maintain a strong network within the industry. - Position signetbreedband as the trusted partner for connectivity and networking solutions. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Pre-Sales to align on customer needs, market insights, and tailored solutions. - Execute a targeted go-to-market plan designed to support your success in winning senior-level deals. - Identify trends, needs, and opportunities with prospects. - Negotiate and close deals with C-level and senior decision-makers. - Consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales targets. **Your profile** - Proven track record in winning new business with senior-level customers. - Strong existing network in relevant industries, preferably within connectivity or ICT. - Experience selling complex B2B solutions with long sales cycles. - Ability to engage and build trust with C-level stakeholders. - A proactive, self-starting approach with the resilience to deliver results. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. - Knowledge of connectivity, network solutions, or managed services is a strong plus. **What We Offer** - A high-impact role in a professional, and service-driven organisation. - A supportive GTM strategy with Marketing, Product, and Pre-Sales resources to help you succeed. - Opportunities to work on senior-level, high-value deals. - Autonomy to shape your market approach and manage your relationships. - A collaborative culture that values initiative and ownership. - Hybrid working model combining flexibility with strong team interaction. - A down-to-earth, inclusive culture where everyone is valued and aligned around a shared goal. - Development opportunities tailored to your professional ambitions "At team.blue, our commitment to caring for the environment and each other is at the heart of everything we do.
