Financial Controller

We are looking for a driven and independent Financial Controller to strengthen our financial operations within the Holding organisation of Lease a Bike and emerging markets. As a Financial Controller, it will be **your mission** to provide the operating companies with accurate and timely financial insights the comply with Dutch GAAP and IFRS regulations. You will play a crucial role in our dynamic and growing team, ensuring that our financial data is reliable and that local management can make sound strategic decisions based on this data.

Your primary focus will include:

- Delivering monthly, quarterly and annual reports;
- Collaborating with other Financial Controllers and the Finance Operations Team to optimise processes and controls;
- Supporting local management in their budgeting and forecasting cycles;
- Working closely with management to provide excellent financial insights that support strategic decision-making.

**Wat vragen we van jou**:
To successfully fulfill this role, we are looking for at least the following requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in finance;
- In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP);
- Experience with ERP systems and automation of financial processes;
- Business fluent Dutch and English both verbal and written, French is a plus;
- You are willing to travel weekly to our office in Amersfoort and make occasional visits to your OpCo's outside of The Netherlands.

The Financial Control team consists of seven controllers of which four are based in Amersfoort. The Financial Control team works in close collaboration with the Financial Operations team, that is responsible for the administration and processing of transactions, and the Business Control department, that serves as a bridge between finance and the business.
