**Customer Service & Sales Agent at Enterprise Car Sharing & Rental**

**What will you be doing?** We are looking for **part-time** & **Full-time** Customer Service & Sales Agents.

Do you want to work at _Schiphol Airport_ or _downtown Amsterdam_? _**The choice is YOURS**_

For this role you get to be part of our amazing Amsterdam teams: Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam Central Station, Amsterdam City Center (Nassaukade) and Amsterdam Zuidas.

Provide friendly and efficient customer service at time of rental and return; handle and resolve questions, comments and complaints according to our company guidelines
**Facilitate the rental process: verify all driver information, link the booking to a car within the booked category, help the customer with any additional requests, create the rental contract**
