Senior Business Analyst/Domain Architect - Strategic Initiatives

**Location**: Arnhem (hybrid) **Start**: September 2025 **Duration**: 12 months (freelance/interim) **Hours**: Full-time

For a leading organization undergoing strategic change, we are looking for a hands-on **Business Analyst/Domain Architect** to support the delivery of business-critical initiatives. This role focuses on translating business needs into structured solutions, securing stakeholder alignment, and driving implementation readiness.

Key responsibilities:

- Identify and challenge business requirements across departments (eg Supply Chain, Finance)
- Analyse current and desired state; define and document solution approaches
- Create business cases, including impact, benefits, and cost drivers
- Coordinate with project and development teams for handover and follow-up
- Support stakeholder communication, alignment and readiness tracking
- Present findings to internal sponsors and senior leadership
- Support PMO or delivery activities when needed

Required experience:

- Strong track record as a **Business Analyst and/or Architect** in complex change programmes
- Comfortable engaging with business stakeholders, sponsors, and SMEs
- Ability to translate strategy into executable initiatives
- Proactive, communicative, and self-steering
- Fluent in English (must)

Preferred:

- Background in the pharmaceutical industry
- Familiarity with agile delivery environments
