Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou Als Sales Manager Stomazorg ben je verantwoordelijk voor de nationale verkoopstrategie van ons stoma portfolio. Je definieert commerciële prioriteiten, ontwikkelt segment-specifieke strategieën en zorgt voor een optimale inzet van middelen om ons marktaandeel te vergroten.
**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:
Leidinggeven aan een team van Territory Managers
Coachen en ontwikkelen van Territory Managers in een veranderende omgeving
Definiëren van commerciële prioriteiten in samenwerking met collega Sales Managers, Marketing, Payers & Trade en Services
Vaststellen van verkooptargets en ontwikkelen van sales plannen
Monitoren van succes aan de hand van KPI’s
**Wat neem jij mee**:
Bachelor
- of masterdiploma
Aantoonbaar netwerk met relevante stakeholders
Bewezen track record in medische branche, bij voorkeur 2-3 jaar ervaring in people management
Je hebt ervaring in change management
Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels
Goede kennis van MS Office Suite (Word, Excel en PowerPoint) en CRM-databases
