We’re looking for a self-motivated Freelance Visual Designer with a flair for innovation to elevate our brand identity.

**Who is Crobox?**:
Crobox is reinventing Guided Selling. How? By enriching product content and building compelling eCommerce experiences that connect customer needs directly to product benefits. We help shoppers make the right decision in a stress-free environment by leveraging our expertise in behavioral psychology, eCommerce, and data.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Video Design**: Create and edit engaging video content for internal and external use, aligning with brand guidelines.
- ** Template Creation**: Develop professional and polished templates for contracts, presentations, one-pagers, and other reusable materials.
- ** Visual Design**: Design compelling images and visuals, including product mockups in competitive contexts and creative representations of our offerings.
- ** Marketing Collateral**:

- Produce visuals for all experiences and solutions we’re selling.
- Blog images, infographics, advertising creatives, and newsletter graphics.
- Create web-optimized images for our website and digital campaigns.
- ** Infographics and Data Visualization**: Develop easy-to-understand and visually appealing infographics to simplify complex information.

**Requirements**:

- ** Design Expertise**: Proven experience in visual design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of work including video, presentations, and marketing materials.
- ** Tools & Software**: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, Canva, or similar tools.
- ** Creative Thinking**: Ability to translate abstract ideas and concepts into visually engaging materials.
- ** Brand Consistency**: A strong understanding of maintaining brand identity and tone across multiple formats and channels.
- ** Collaboration Skills**: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with internal teams and adapt to feedback.
- ** Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail, ensuring all designs meet high-quality standards.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working on B2B or SaaS marketing projects.
- Familiarity with designing for digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media).
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and web design trends.
- Experience creating visually compelling product comparisons.
