  • Als Site Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken op de bouwplaats.
  • Je plant en coördineert alle on-site activiteiten samen met de projectmanager.
  • Je zorgt voor naleving van de afspraken met klanten en externe partners met betrekking tot bouwdoelen en veiligheidsvereisten.
  • Je houdt toezicht op de uitvoering van het werk en zorgt voor kwaliteit en naleving van de technische documentatie.
  • Als Site Manager controleer je de projectkosten en bewaak je de uitgaven ten opzichte van de voorspellingen.
  • Je organiseert en begeleidt de werkzaamheden en aanvaarding van door onderaannemers uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.
Functie-eisen:
  • Je hebt een afgeronde HBO-opleiding, bij voorkeur in bouwkunde of een verwante discipline.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol als site manager of projectleider in de bouwsector.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met projectplanning en -coördinatie.
  • Bekendheid met bouwregelgeving en veiligheidsprotocollen.
  • Uitstekende leiderschaps- en communicatievaardigheden.
  • Basiskennis van logistiek en opslagmethoden.
