Join us as a Corporate Governance Officer
You’ll ensure the provision of high-quality secretarial support to the Managing Board, Supervisory Board, and other key committees, acting as trusted advisor to the chairs of the boards and other executive and non-executive stakeholders
Build effective relationships with key stakeholders and regulators on corporate governance issues and advise the board and senior management on corporate governance best practices, the Dutch Corporate Governance Code, and DNB/AFM requirements
Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely filings with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce and regulatory authorities
You’ll have in-depth knowledge of Dutch corporate law, financial sector regulations, and governance codes and as a high level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English
The ability to be a flexible and collaborative team player, capable of building good working relationships
Strong knowledge of the financial services industry and its secretarial, legal and regulatory environment
Extensive experience working with Boards and senior executives in a regulated environment
