Role SummaryThe Service Coordinator is responsible for supervising the DCIQ (Disassemble, Clean, Inspect & Quote) process. This role involves several customer-facing activities related to the offering process, including developing a final proposal to the customer. Your role has an operational and dynamic character and makes it a position with a wide range of activities.Providing operational support to the (field) service & repair team within our QRC in Roosendaal and stay in touch with internal colleagues (national & international) and external parties such as suppliers and customers.Your RoleThe service & repair department is responsible for the expert maintenance, overhaul and modification of control valves, open/close valves and drives (pneumatic & electrical) of our customers.You are the first point of contact for operational questions from internal and external customers, mainly (Petro)chemical manufacturers located in the Benelux and Europe.You collect technical data from valves, valves and actuators such as parts lists, drawings, user manuals and identify the required spare parts and spare parts for overhaul, modification and price analysis.Based on the technical inspection, you develop a thorough repair proposal, which you develop into a quotation.You will work on the complete quotation process, following the customer's instructions and ensuring a seamless transfer to order processing for the workshop.You are the contact with external suppliers and follow up on outsourcing of repairs.Your ProfileYou hold a Technician Engineering MBO degree Level 4 or HBO in Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering;To be successful in this role, you have 3 to 5 years of work experience in a technical and commercial companyYou have strong communication skills in Dutch and English.You have experience or affinity with valve and drive technology and industrial maintenance.Having a wide variety of activities fits you well, you know how to set priorities, and can switch easily between the different tasks without losing accuracy.You have a customer-oriented and service-providing attitude.You love to work on process improvement projects such as; effective communication, collaboration across all group interfaces or expanding team capabilities,What we offer youIn addition to a competitive salary, you'll receive 8% holiday allowance and a 5% year-end bonusYou have 40 days off with a full-time contract ADV)An employer who cares about your safety and your career, thanks in part to our annual sustainable employability program.A pleasant workplace where everyone knows each otherThe job requires product knowledge.
