We deliver charging facilities that can be used by all electric cars and every EV driver, providing a seamless charging experience. Our goal is to contribute to zero emission mobility and see to it that EV drivers can charge at the right location with the right solution. We are looking for a motivated, customer-oriented professional to join our IT Operations team as an IT Service Desk Engineer. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for providing first-level technical support. Your responsibilities will encompass supporting office staff, developers, and external partners with their operational IT requirements. The role covers a broad spectrum of technical tasks, including diagnosing hardware and software issues, configuring devices, and maintaining infrastructure systems.
Deliver prompt and effective 1st line IT support, resolving incidents in accordance with established SLAs.
Maintain workplaces and office infrastructure, including network and meeting room setups across various remote locations.
Manage software installation and maintenance using MDM tools such as Microsoft Intune.
Administer user accounts through Microsoft Entra-ID.
Coordinate the procurement of essential IT assets.
Contribute to documentation efforts and ongoing process improvement within 1st line support.
Assist in the implementation and execution of IT enhancement projects.
Act proactively on information security matters in collaboration with the IT Security team.
Implement changes in alignment with IT change management procedures.
This position requires on-site presence at our headquarters in Arnhem, Netherlands, for a minimum of four days per week.
Completed a post-secondary (MBO) or higher qualification in IT or related field.
Minimum one year of experience in a comparable role within cloud-based IT operations environments.
Familiarity with IT operations concepts such as monitoring, backup, restoration, disaster recovery, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Collaborative team player with adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Proficient in English; proficiency in Dutch, German, or French is considered advantageous.
Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
Knowledge of SharePoint Online and Teams setup and configuration.
Familiarity with Linux in cloud-based infrastructure environments.
Knowledge of Identity Management and Exchange Online/Office 365.
Knowledge of networking technologies, including teleconference solutions.
