You'll provide strategic, risk-based legal counsel on complex issues like hiring, terminations, employee rights, pay transparency, anti-discrimination, and global expansion. Drive Compliance: Partner with P&C to create and implement global initiatives. Resolve Disputes: Efficiently and effectively resolve legal disputes, working closely with P&C and external counsel. You will also collaborate to streamline processes related to creating and updating policies, employment-related agreements, and training to ensure compliance with applicable laws. Train and guide junior legal colleagues and members of the P&C team.You are a proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented professional who enjoys taking ownership of your work and managing multiple projects at once.
