This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our operational processes and contribute to the success of a global brand In this role, you will collaborate closely with fellow Supervisors and report directly to the Senior Manager of Distribution Operations.Key Responsibilities Team management Develop the team to work efficiently, safely, and to complete tasks within given deadlines Keep the team engaged also during periods that requires peak performance Prepare monthly reviews of employees Actively communicate relevant information to the team Perform employee administration tasks, including leading holiday and hour registration, and raise any exceptions Manage a team consisting of Team Leads and DC associates, being the first point of contact Conduct performance reviews with the team Handle absenteeism Order fulfillment Ensure the continuation of operations Achieve order and quality targets, advancing when targets are not met Ensure communicated performance targets are accomplished Maintain close contact with Team Leads who collaborated closely with DC associates Provide updates and feedback to the manager of warehouse operations Planning Lead all aspects of workload management and advance issues to the planning team when needed Overview staff planning and discuss performance and staffing with other operational leaders Project management Actively work on OGSM projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of our warehouseWhat We Are Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a comparable field 3-5 years experience in a similar role within a (semi) automated warehouse Good written and oral English language skills; Dutch language skills are preferableWhy Apply At Crocs, we believe in nurturing talent and providing opportunities for growth.
