For our warehouse in Halfweg, we are looking for a skilled warehouse employee who will spend  a large part of their time operating the forklift. Please note: This is a physically demanding role,  requiring regular lifting, bending, and moving of goods. modernspace - who we are modernspace is an internationally operating company with over 500 talented designers,  engineers, makers, project managers, logistics experts, and other customer-focused  professionals. Our team works globally, regionally, and locally in a close-knit, informal  environment, focused daily on delivering projects efficiently and sustainably. What will you do?• Load and unload trucks and sea containers, ranging from a single pallet to full trucks or  containers • Serve as the main point of contact for (international) drivers when picking up or  delivering goods. Strong English communication skills are required • Check incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure goods are handled carefully and  neatly • Prepare shipments by picking & packing goods • Perform light technical tasks • Order picking, packing shipments, and inventory management • Keep the warehouse organized and clean Who are we looking for?• Someone with practical experience in a warehouse environment • Forklift experience is a plus • Strong English communication skills: a second language is an plus • Team player with a flexible attitude What do we offer?• A full-time position in a dynamic team • Competitive salary, depending on experience • Travel allowance and free parking • Pension scheme • Opportunities for further development within warehouse and logistics processes • A pleasant and collegial working atmosphere Are you ready to join our team?
