Senior technical consultant - IT2We are looking for an experiencedION IT2 Developerto join our treasury technology team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize integrations, automation, and custom code within the ION IT2 ecosystem. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth onboarding of banks, maintaining high system performance, and supporting business-critical treasury processes.What You’ll Be DoingDevelopment & Integration Modify, enhance, and maintain custom data parsers inION IT2usingObject REXXand related APIs to support onboarding and integration for banks, payments, and statements. Develop and maintain automation and integration solutions betweenIT2and enterprise systems by leveraging a deep understanding of the IT2 data model, database schema, and data flows. Build, troubleshoot, and enhance parsers to support new and existing banks for generating payment instructions, bank statements, and reconciliation formats. Scripting & Automation Design, optimize, and maintain IT2 scripts (Object REXX,VBScript, orVisual Basic) to automate and support bespoke treasury processes and workflows. Database & Reporting Write, review, and optimize complexSQL queries, stored procedures, and database routines, ensuring all updates maintain data integrity and adhere to ION best practices. Demonstrate hands-on, expert-level knowledge of theIT2 data model, data relationships, and reporting structures; develop reporting solutions and update data as needed for business operations. System Troubleshooting & Performance Troubleshoot production issues by analyzing IT2 logs, identifying exceptions, and implementing targeted, long-term resolutions. Monitor IT2 system logs and performance, identify recurring issues, and implement durable, preventive solutions. Manage user access, perform routine system health checks, and coordinate scheduled and emergency maintenance procedures.Who You Are Proven experience as anION IT2 core developer, including design, development, deployment, and troubleshooting of custom code, reports, and system extensions. Strong object-oriented scripting/programming background (Object REXX, VBScript, Visual Basic). Deep analytical and troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience resolving complex production issues. Solid understanding of advanced treasury operations and how they interact with IT2. Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases.
