If you want to be art of a team that drives the energy industry forward and are excited to work with new technology then apply nowTHE OPPORTUNITY – OFFSHORE SENIOR HSE ADVISOR – CONTRACT ROLETo provide direct, sustainable, reliable HSE support, guidance and appropriate challenge to operationsDURATIONinitial one year contract RATE 48-59.50 euro per hour depending on experience plus 110 euro per night offshoreMust have right to work in NetherlandsActs as an ambassador for Spirit Energy Life Saving and House Rules and HSE Expectations. Promotes a proactive and generative HSE culture through regular site visits and visible HSE leadership. Provides support to operational assets by way of provision of HSE training; system audits and the provision of advice on HSE best practice Assists HSE Manager in the monitoring and reporting of HSE performance across operations seeking to identify trends in performance and means to provide improvements. Take responsibility for delivering identified improvement HSE improvement plans Arranges – or assists in the arrangement of – exercises to test the veracity of those plans. Reviews work packs for content and suitability before work commences. Ensure company supply chain and contract management expectations are communicated and understood by relevant 3rd parties and stakeholders. Active monitoring and engagement during contract executionYou’ll need to be educated to Dutch MVK/HVK or NEBOSH certificate as minimum. We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate experience of at least 5 years working in the Dutch Oil and Gas sector.
