Basic-Fit is looking for anArchitectural Engineerto join our international Property team. In this role, you will work across the entire process of building new clubs and renovating existing ones — from design development and standardization to on-site execution and quality assurance. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and international teams to ensure our clubs are designed, built, and renovated to the highest standard. Act as a key point of contact for general contractors and suppliers, ensuring smooth project preparation and execution. Follow up and support contractors on permitting processes, ensuring the correct start of the construction works Monitor construction progress, assess delivered clubs, and ensure compliance with Basic-Fit quality guidelines and standards Coordinate with external auditors and ensure contractors follow the latest design and execution guidelines. Ensure alignment of works with budget forecasts and planning. A degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or Construction Management. ~Strong communication skills in English; Spanish, French, Dutch or German is an advantage. ~ The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other teams and stakeholders.Perks & Benefits: Travel allowance, bike plan, health insurance discounts, remote work allowance, and a pension plan (52% contribution by Basic-Fit).
