, we are looking for a
Consultant – Banking Transformation
who wants to work on real transformation projects, grow fast, and build a strong foundation in financial services consulting.

What You'll Work On

As a Consultant, you'll work closely with clients and project teams on transformation initiatives within the banking sector. You'll gain hands-on experience across strategy, operations, regulation, and change, while developing strong consulting and analytical skills.

You will:

  • Deliver transformation projects for Banking clients together with experienced consultants.
  • Analyze complex challenges and translate them into clear, structured solutions.
  • Support initiatives across operations, risk, compliance, finance, and digital transformation.
  • Work on process improvements and change initiatives from analysis to implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, team members, and industry experts.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives, knowledge development, and the growth of FiSer's Banking practice.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for ambitious, analytical professionals with a strong interest in Banking and business transformation.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or similar)
  • 1–5 years of experience in
    Banking, Financial Services or Consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured, problem-solving mindset.
  • Good organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Interest in
    banking transformation
    topics such as digitalization, regulation, risk, or operational efficiency.
  • Comfortable working in international, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Fluent in English;
    Dutch is a plus.
  • Authorized to work in the Netherlands.
