About the Position

We are seeking a
Marketing Manager ā€“ Pack Transformation
to lead global packaging innovation initiatives within the Early Life Nutrition category. Acting as the marketing and business lead, you will shape packaging strategy, define consumer and brand value propositions, and drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

This role offers a unique opportunity to directly influence global innovation strategy while partnering with teams across R&I, Sustainability, Operations, Procurement, and local markets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global marketing strategy for packaging transformation projects.
  • Define compelling consumer, brand, and sustainability value propositions.
  • Build evidence-based business cases with cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as the marketing lead across global project teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Support integration of new packaging formats into brand and portfolio strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in marketing/innovation, ideally in Early Life Nutrition or FMCG.
  • Proven experience in packaging transformation at global/regional level.
  • Strong consumer insight, brand strategy, and business case skills.
  • Experienced in globalā€“local collaboration and complex, multifunctional environments.
  • Strategic thinker, strong communicator, organized, proactive.
  • Fluent in English; hybrid in Amsterdam, full-time for 6 months.
