Some of your key tasks as People Business Partner
- Be a trusted advisor and train and develop the leadership team on people management topics and processes.
- Lead projects and change processes based on people management indicators and insights collected from the business.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders on a strategic and tactical level.
- Developing initiatives to strengthen the company's culture.
- Participating in the development or improvement of people management processes.
- Further expanding the HR analytics needed to drive performance and engagement and to increase retention.
What you will bring to the People Team
- 2+ years experience in a tactical/strategic HR position, having dealt with topics such as employee engagement, change management, organizational development and performance development.
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-energy, fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills and ability to coach and train leaders on people management topics and processes.
- Proficiency in Dutch (must-have).
- Solid understanding and practical experience with Dutch labour law and HR compliance requirements.
- Proven success in driving creativity and strong in execution - you're very hands-on
- Ability to build trust and credibility with key business partners and all levels of employees across the company.
- You're a self-starter and have sufficient experience in analyzing business needs and improving HR processes from a business perspective.

The hiring process
will consist of:
