Recruitment Consultant (Interim Cybersecurity)

Full Time (40 hours, Hybrid: 4 days office, 1 day home)

Compensation:
€45K OTE Year 1

€65K–€85K OTE Year 2

€100K+ OTE Year 3 (uncapped commission)

What you'll be doing

  • Own the interim cybersecurity talent market across multiple domains
  • Headhunt proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals and direct outreach
  • Run expert qualification calls and deep-dive interviews
  • Represent top professionals to leading organisations
  • Manage the full placement lifecycle from first contact to onboarding
  • Write compelling job ads that convert
  • Collaborate with a Senior Recruiter to close deals and scale your desk
  • Constantly learn, improve and raise your personal best

What you bring

  • Bachelor/Master thinking level

  • Confident communication in Dutch and English

  • Sales or recruitment experience is a plus (but not required)
