Within our Business Intelligence Finance team, you are the link between data and financial/operational processes. You ensure that figures not only add up but also provide truly valuable insights. With reports, analyses, and smart datasets, you help colleagues within Finance (Business Control, Financial Control, and Management) make the right strategic decisions. You'll also be the go-to partner for Finance, the business, and IT when it comes to data-driven topics. In this way, you directly contribute to improving our financial processes and further professionalizing Salta Group as a data-driven organization.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst Finance, your work will include:

• Delivering standard reports on sales activities and management reporting;
• Delivering ad hoc reports and analyses;
• Maintaining and developing reports in Qlik Sense;
• Managing and configuring Qlik Sense (apps, schedules, access rights, etc.);
• Providing the necessary data and insights to support recurring budget and latest estimate (LE) processes;
• Participating in various projects, such as software migrations and connecting new source systems to the data warehouse (DWH).

You'll work in a small, close-knit team where personal growth, knowledge development, and a sense of ownership are central. Curiosity and the drive to continuously improve are key values within our team. Salta Group is a Dutch organization, and the primary language used is Dutch. That's why we find it important that you can understand and communicate well in Dutch. For this reason, we require at least a
B1/B2 language level
in Dutch.

We invite you to apply for this position if you:

• Have a bachelor's level of education (HBO or equivalent);
• Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Have excellent Dutch and/or English language skills, at least B1/B2 level in Dutch
• You are based in the Netherlands. A valid work permit for the Netherlands is required.
• Have knowledge and experience with BI tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, and Tableau;
• Possess strong analytical, assertive, and communication skills;
• Have the drive to get to the bottom of things;
• Are proactive and enjoy contributing to the growth of the department and organization;
• Have a good dose of flexibility, curiosity, and self-starting ability.
