​The Role

We're looking for a Frontend Lead to own the architecture, quality, and evolution of our web application. You'll lead how complex workflows are represented in the UI, ensure consistency across the product, and build a scalable design system that supports long-term growth.

This is a hands-on senior role with real ownership over how the product feels, behaves, and scales.

What You'll Do

  • Own the web app architecture and frontend technical direction
  • Drive consistency across dashboards, forms, document flows, and multi-step workflows
  • Build and maintain a shared component and design system
  • Ensure excellent performance, accessibility, and responsive behaviour
  • Partner closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs cleanly and predictably
  • Establish and uphold frontend quality standards (testing, reviews, patterns)

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience with React + TypeScript
  • Experience with Vite or modern frontend build tooling
  • Deep familiarity with Tailwind, shadcn, or similar design-system tooling
  • Solid async and state management experience (React Query, Zustand, Redux, etc.)
  • Testing experience with Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright, and/or Cypress
  • Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Comfort integrating with backend APIs (Supabase or similar platforms)
  • Experience owning and evolving a production web application
