Operational Senior Team Lead

Locatie: Veghel, Nederland

Contract: Onbepaalde tijd, Onsite, Full time, 5 ploegensysteem

Segment: Snacking

Voor onze chocoladefabriek in Veghel zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Operationeel Team Lead met sterke leadership skills en een passie voor mensen en processen, die zijn/haar ploeg inspireert, de efficiëntie van de shift maximaliseert en de Value Stream-strategie vertaalt naar de concrete acties en een cruciale rol speelt in het succes van onze fabriek.

Wat zoeken we?

1. Opleiding en Ervaring:

  • HBO- of WO-diploma in de richting van Economie, Logistiek Management, Supply Chain, Bedrijfskunde, of Business Analytics of een vergelijkbare studie.
  • Ruime ervaring in een productieomgeving en met het toepassen van Lean Manufacturing-methodieken.
  • Ervaring met software en data-analysetools (bijv. Excel, Power BI)

2. Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.

3. Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden: coachen, motiveren en aansturen van de ploeg, resultaatgericht werken en verbeteringen doorvoeren.

Wat zijn je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden?
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige operationele performance  van de afdeling tijdens de shift (veiligheid, kwaliteit, efficiëntie en leverbetrouwbaarheid) in een 5-ploegensysteem.
  • Je geeft leiding aan een team van circa 30 à 35 associates.
  • Je stelt de dagelijkse operationele doelstellingen voor het team vast en zorgt voor de uitvoering ervan.
  • Je bent het gezicht van de Value Stream in de shift en draagt zorg voor het uitrollen van de strategie op shiftniveau.
  • Je stuurt functioneel in de ploeg werkzame monteurs van de Technische Dienst aan en bepaalt de prioriteiten.
