MenAsWell is seeking a dedicated Programme Coordinator to support our mission of empowering male and LGBTQIA+ survivors of sexual violence through education, community engagement, and strategic collaboration. This part-time position (15 hours per week) offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on survivors' lives through program coordination and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Coordination & Delivery

Coordinate and support education programs including workshops, masterclasses, and training sessions

Collaborate with trainers to ensure smooth delivery of educational content

Assist in developing and refining educational resources

Ambassador Network Management

Recruit, train, and support community ambassadors

Monitor ambassador activities and identify opportunities for expansion

Coordinate ambassador activities across designated locations

Operational Support

Maintain accurate program records and ensure compliance with organizational standards

Provide logistical support for various program activities

Coordinate support services including peer support networks

Stakeholder Engagement

Build relationships with community organizations, trainers, and partners

Support organization and execution of community events and outreach campaigns

Serve as point of contact for program-related inquiries

Required Skills & Competencies

Dutch fluency

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English

Collaborative approach to working with diverse teams

Understanding of trauma-informed practices and inclusivity

Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities

Familiarity with project management tools and data tracking systems
