SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Position Summary:

Calling all creatives Lionbridge is on the hunt for a mold-breaking Social Media Manager. Take the reins in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and drive customer acquisition and retention across our many global channels and platforms. You will create and manage content across various social media platforms, monitor social media trends, and analyze performance metrics to optimize social media campaigns.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to align with the organization's marketing objectives and target audience.

  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, and infographics.

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all social media platforms.

  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to identify new opportunities and implement innovative strategies.

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets to maximize reach and engagement.

  • Stay informed about industry news, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms and trends.

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in social media management or global-focused digital marketing

  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful social media strategies and campaigns.

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging, trendy content.

  • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize social media performance.

  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
