Your role

At Embla Medical, we are dedicated to improving people's mobility through compassion and innovation. As part of our mission, you will ensure the smooth execution of customer service and order fulfillment activities, contributing directly to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams, manage complex orders, and ensure compliance with shipping and customs documentation standards. This position is based in Eindhoven and reports to the Customer Care Supervisor.

Your tasks

  • Handle diverse customer inquiries, including product details, seminars, and general support.
  • Process orders with attention to discount agreements, pricing accuracy, and legal compliance.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain to confirm item availability, shipment dimensions, and packing details.
  • Prepare and verify invoices, including manual weight adjustments and formatting checks.
  • Print and attach documentation for DHL, pallet, and forwarder-based shipments.
  • Troubleshoot warehouse and logistics issues, including repair and return coordination.
  • Draft explanatory letters for customs and compliance, especially for Ukrainian and charity shipments.
  • Support CRM documentation accuracy and assist with warehouse printing tasks when needed.

Who are you:

  • You are the go-to expert in your area, known for your reliability and problem-solving skills.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with professionalism.
  • You bring at least 5 years of relevant experience and a vocational degree in a related field.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Business Central, and Navision.
  • You are a strong communicator and collaborator, capable of leading small-scale initiatives.
