Your main responsibilities include building reliable, scalable data infrastructure and developing applications for energy trading. You'll work closely with a product manager to set technical direction, mentor your team, and ensure high-quality, impactful solutions.This role calls for strong skills in data and software engineering, system design, and cross-functional leadership. Experience in trading environments is a plus.('open'))()">Is this about you?Proven experience managing engineering teams, mentoring developers, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.Experience in software development, SRE and DevOps best practices, including CI/CD, testing, version control, incident management, technical debt management, refactoring, and migrations, with a strong awareness of security and compliance standards in domains with sensitive data.Demonstrated experience overseeing infrastructure scopes, particularly in taking data, machine learning, and data science processes from concept to production, with a strong focus on reliability, cost optimization, system performance, and robust system design.Strong understanding of data engineering principles, including ETL, data and information modeling, and pipeline orchestration.
