Your mission

We want to join forces with a dedicated, eager and curious Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for our customer base in Benelux.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our footprint in the Benelux region. Our presence in the Benelux has gained strong momentum, with a rapidly growing client base that includes leading organizations such as Ziekenhuis Tergooi, Arkin, Hilverzorg, Nabuurs, and Europool.

This is more than a role. You will not only be the primary contact for our Benelux clients but also have the chance to shape the future of our services in this vibrant market.

To summarize, this role offers a unique opportunity for someone who wants to play an influential role and help shape our long-term success in the Benelux market.

What you will do on a day-to-day basis

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll lead support, implementation, and sales initiatives, playing a pivotal role in our Customer Success Management functionality within the Benelux market. Reporting to the VP Customer Success and collaborating closely with the Regional Director Benelux, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact. This is a full-time position.

What are the key responsibilities?

  • Proactively work with out customer to help them reach their business goals by utilizing the system in the best way
  • Be the system expert for our customers helping them translate their challenges into solutions in the system
  • Lead implementation for new clients
  • Manage customer success projects
  • Contract renewals and upselling
  • Act as a technical expert for internal and external stakeholders
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships
  • Deliver training and educational sessions

Skills & Requirements

We're Looking For You

We're seeking individuals with:

  • Proven experience working with senior stakeholders in mid-to-large, enterprise-level organizations, confidently navigating complex decision-making environments and multiple stakeholders
  • A strong technical curiosity and the ability to tackle complex challenges in structured, solution-oriented ways
  • A track record in customer interaction and project management, demonstrating your ability to lead discussions, manage expectations, and deliver high-quality outcomes
  • A genuine desire to build long-term, strategic customer relationships, paired with the drive to design thoughtful, scalable solutions to real business needs
  • Fluent proficiency in both spoken and written Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Previous experience thriving in autonomous roles, owning processes end-to-end and driving results independently (a strong plus)
