HR COORDINATOR INTERN

During your 6-month internship in HR Coordination based in Amsterdam, you will get the unique opportunity to strengthen the Stellantis Netherlands HR team by assisting it with a variety of tasks. You will be working in an international and dynamic environment.

MISSIONS:
- You will be in charge of recruiting new interns within Stellantis Netherlands;
- You will support the administrative recruitment process, and maintain the personnel administration up to date (personal files, sickness, reports);
- You will execute the internal communication, and develop initiatives related to Employee Engagement, Employer Branding and Wellbeing;
- You will help harmonise internal processes to optimise efficiency (recent merger of the group);
- You will assist the HR department with various other activities and projects.


Profile

- You are a Bachelor (HBO/WO) / Business School student in HR, Management or related fields;
- You have a proficient/fluent level in English (Dutch is a plus);
- You are communicative and socially skilled, with a hands-on mentality;
- You are independent, accurate, and self-starting.
