Je komt bij onze opdrachtgever in Papendrecht als sales support medewerker m/v te werken. Ben jij onze klantgerichte topper?

Over de functie

  • Je bent een spin in het web, je bent de schakel tussen verschillende afdelingen zoals de planning en accountmanager.
  • Je verwerkt mutaties voor onze klanten. Wij hebben particuliere klanten, maar ook bedrijven als klant, zoals in de bouw- en evenementen sector.
  • Je staat onze klanten te woord via de telefoon, maar handelt ook mutaties af via de e-mail.
  • Je bekijkt samen met je collega's wie wat gaat oppakken.
  • Je verwerkt alle mutaties in het systeem.
  • Je gaat offertes opstellen en proactief opvolgen.

Voorwaarden

  • Je hebt goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal, zowel in taal als in geschrift.
  • MBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je bent uiteraard klantgericht, maar ook doelgericht met een oplossingsgerichte houding.
  • Je kunt goed in een team werken, maar ook zelfstandig en hebt verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar, zelfverzekerd, nauwkeurig, stressbestendig, neemt graag initiatief en bent georganiseerd.
  • Je hebt plezier in je werk en houdt van een grapje.
