Salesforce Engineering Lead
Lead the Salesforce engineering team in designing, developing, and delivering a scalable Global CRM solution. You will ensure technical excellence, drive innovation, and align engineering efforts with business goals across multi-national environments.

Day To Day

• Lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions using best practices and adhering to the enterprise architecture guidelines
• Collaborate with Architects and API teams to design and implement integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs on Azure middleware platform
• Ensure code quality through tools like SIGRID and SonarQube
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Gearset, Azure DevOps, and automated testing tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical deliverables
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and backlog grooming
• Mentor and coach developers, fostering a high-performance engineering culture
• Conduct performance reviews and support career development of team members
• Oversee hiring and onboarding of new engineering talent
• Promote innovation, collaboration, and psychological safety within the team

• Delivery of high-quality, maintainable code aligned with business requirements
• Compliance with coding standards and architectural guidelines
• Uptime and performance of deployed Salesforce solutions
• Achievement of sprint goals and roadmap milestones

Essentials

• Relevant Salesforce Platform Developer certification
• Experience in leading support teams or managing service delivery in multi-national environments.
• Proven experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce)
• Experience in leading engineering teams in global environments
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration patterns and middleware platforms
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Gearset and Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of code quality tools and best practices
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in conflict resolution and team culture building
• Strategic thinking and ability to align technical decisions with business goals

Extras

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• Experience with Tosca for automated testing
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
