The Role:

We're looking for an ambitious CRO/UX Specialist with 3–5 years of experience who will take full ownership of conversion optimization across all our Online platforms:

  • The Loopper webshop
  • Online quote system
  • Newsletters.

This is a brand-NEW role at Loopper, giving you the opportunity to freely build our CRO strategy from the ground up. You'll be responsible for understanding our users, running experiments, and translating insights into actionable improvements that directly boost revenue and customer satisfaction. What you will be working on:

  • Develop and implement a company-wide CRO strategy for webshop, quote funnel, and email touchpoints.
  • Analyze customer journeys and identify friction points through data, heatmaps, recordings, and UX testing.
  • Design and run A/B tests, multivariate tests, and usability studies to validate hypotheses.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketers to implement UX and UI improvements.
  • Optimize quote request flow and checkout experience to increase lead-to-order conversion.
  • Work with the marketing team to improve newsletter performance through segmentation, layout testing, and CTA optimization.
  • Set up and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to track progress and share insights.
  • Stay up to date with CRO and UX trends, (AI) tools, and best practices.

Who we are Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience in CRO, UX design, growth marketing, or data driven marketing role, ideally in e-commerce or B2B.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms, Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar tools.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, proactiveness and high autonomy.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from concept to execution.
  • Excellent command of English is a must (both written and spoken).
  • Dutch or German language skills are a strong plus.
