The Role

As our Inside Sales Representative, you will work in the Supply and Service team and actively support the growth of Aftermarket activities in the Benelux.

In addition, you will work closely as part of a team with our field account managers to generate and follow up on leads for our coding solutions (50/50 existing and new business split).

This is a commercial inside sales role requiring account management & sales qualification skills.

What you will do:

  • Build and maintain relationships with both existing customers and prospects
  • Engage in conversations with customers to offer and keep our service contracts up to date
  • Support customers with the purchase of consumables and related contracts
  • Identify opportunities for new business based on conversations with our customers and targeted marketing actions for approaching prospects
  • Work closely with account managers to serve our customers as effectively as possible from a commercial perspective

What you need to have:

  • Demonstrable experience in a commercial internal sales position
  • Fluent Dutch and English is required
  • Comfortable conducting telephone conversations
  • Experience with Microsoft tools (Excel and PowerPoint) & (or similar CRM)
  • Result-oriented, customer-focused, and accustomed to working under pressure
  • MBO/HBO level of work and thinking
