Performance Marketer
to take their growth to the next level through innovative, data-driven, and AI-powered campaigns.

About the Role

This role is ideal for a sharp, self-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and analytics. The successful candidate will own the performance marketing strategy, using automation and experimentation to scale user acquisition, engagement, and retention across key global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Performance Marketing Strategy:
    Redefine and execute a forward-looking strategy aligned with 2025 growth objectives.
  • Leverage AI for Scale:
    Integrate cutting-edge AI tools into campaign ideation, creative testing, targeting, and reporting to improve speed and efficiency.
  • Execute and Optimise Campaigns:
    Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and Reddit to drive conversion and content acquisition.
  • Data & Reporting:
    Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards (e.g., Metabase) to track performance and improve attribution accuracy.
  • Ensure Compliance:
    Maintain adherence to data privacy and legal advertising frameworks across all campaigns.
  • Creative Development:
    Partner with design and content teams to deliver engaging ad creatives and high-performing landing pages.
  • Experimentation & Innovation:
    Pilot new ideas and build repeatable playbooks for emerging channels.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
    Work closely with marketing, product, design, and data teams to align strategies and deliver measurable results.

About You

  • 3+ years' experience in performance marketing, ideally within a high-growth tech or consumer software environment.
  • Proven success in running large-scale paid campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of attribution models, tracking, and data visualisation.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Mixpanel, Metabase, and landing page builders like Framer.
  • Experienced in leveraging AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gumloop, Midjourney, Claude, ElevenLabs) to automate processes and enhance creativity.
  • Skilled in privacy-compliant marketing and digital advertising regulations.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and execute rapidly.
  • A proactive, experimental, and entrepreneurial mindset — driven by curiosity, results, and continuous learning.
