Accounts Receivable Specialist

The JobAs Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for daily processing received payments from our customers and apply the payments received to outstanding positions on the customer cards based on the payment advice received. A clean Accounts Receivable position and timely cash receipt is crucial. You actively identify improvements in processes and work implement them in practice. In doing so, you will liaise with our customer and sales support departments and other colleagues within stichd. You are part of the finance department and report to Team lead Accounts Receivable & Credit Control.Your MissionProcessing daily received payments across all entities;Proactively request payment specifications from customers or colleagues at Sales Support;Manage the customer cards by actively monitoring them and timely processing of received payments and monitor deductions that customers made on their payments;changes/improvement;Building relationship within the organisation and with customers;Accurate monitoring of suspense accounts relating to bank movements;Provide support the Financial controlling team in the month end and year end closing activities;Other occurring relevant activities and/or projects.Your TalentYou have an MBO+ degree in Finance or Accounting and have several years of experience within similar positions;At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in an international organization;Experience in SAP is a must;Proven experience in Credit Management;Entrepreneurial approach to role with high energy, initiative and innovation;Effective verbal and written communication skills with strong influencing and negotiating skills;Advanced problem-solving skills combined with solutions oriented thinking;Positive result driven attitude;Can do mentality.This role is based in Den Bosch, the Netherlands.
