We're looking for a Philips Hue Learning & Certification Development Intern to join our Philips Hue Training team in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.

As Philips Hue Learning & Certification Development Intern, you'll be responsible for helping create and launch online certifications for professional installers of Philips Hue products. This includes learning about our products and understanding the needs of our installer audience, then applying instructional design principles to develop engaging training content and assessments.

What you'll do

• Learn about Philips Hue products and the installer audience to ensure relevant and impactful training content.
• Support the development of online certification programs, including content creation, structuring modules, and designing assessments.
• Apply instructional design best practices to transform technical information into clear, engaging learning experiences.
• Use our digital learning platforms and tools to publish and maintain online training programs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
• Assist in organizing and managing content for scalability and global deployment.

More about you

Your qualifications

• Currently studying towards your Bachelor or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
• Passionate about learning design, digital education, and technology.
• Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex information.
• Familiarity with e-learning tools, LMS platforms, or digital content creation is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven to deliver quality work.
• Excellent level of spoken and written English (to communicate internationally).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
