Training Coordinator – Lelystad Platform

Are you naturally skilled at guiding and motivating others? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving logistics environment where every day is different? At one of the largest logistics hubs in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Training Coordinator, for our Lelystad site who ensures that operational teams are well-trained, confident and ready to perform at their best.

What your week looks like as a Training Coordinator
 

Train the coordinator team so they can effectively train operativesSupport the Training Leader in managing training processes and ensuring that schedules are metMonitor and steer workload distribution and performance to ensure targets are achieved throughout the dayImplement alternative actions when targets or training needs require adjustmentsAssess daily workload and coordinate optimal work distribution at the start of each shiftMaintain frequent contact with coordinators and team leaders across departments to align activitiesAllocate resources based on volume, productivity and operational needsUnderstand and connect various goods flows within the operationApply your insight into logistics processes to coordinate and support operational activitiesUse analytical thinking to support problem solving and contribute to improvement proposals

 What we are looking for:

Previous experience with training activities within a logistics operationInsight into logistics processes and experience coordinating operational tasksStrong analytical problem-solving abilityThe ability to develop improvement proposals and support continuous improvementMBO work and thinking level and/or demonstrable logistics experience
