The Organisation

Our client is an international, fast-growing technology-driven company transforming a traditional global industry. With operations expanding rapidly across multiple markets, the organisation is seeking a Treasury Manager to further professionalise and execute its global treasury strategy.

The Role

As Treasury Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing the organisation's international treasury framework. You will be responsible for liquidity optimisation, FX risk management, cash flow forecasting, and funding strategy — ensuring capital efficiency and financial stability across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimise global cash management and treasury operations
  • Develop policies around liquidity, intercompany funding, and financial risk
  • Build and maintain cash flow forecasting and funding models to support growth
  • Improve working capital efficiency through optimised DSO and DPO management
  • Design and execute FX risk mitigation and credit control strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align treasury operations with commercial goals
  • Build and lead a high-performing treasury team with a focus on development and excellence

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Group Treasury or similar international role
  • Background in fintech, marketplaces, or cross-border businesses is a strong advantage
  • Expertise in financial modelling, cash flow forecasting, and risk assessment
  • Strong understanding of FX management, funding structures, and capital optimisation
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on, analytical, and proactive — able to balance strategic vision with operational execution
  • Experience scaling businesses from growth phase to IPO (preferred qualification)
  • Strong affinity with automation and real-time data processes (preferred qualification)
