Skills, knowledge, experience required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Business, HR, or related field;
  • 5+ years in change management and business communication, transformation, preferably in outsourcing or shared services environments;
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model).

Duties/role:

  • Developing and executing change management strategies for outsourcing transitions;
  • Conducting impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify risks and readiness gaps;
  • Aligning change plans with business goals, CPO policies, and legal requirements.
