About This Role
The Workplace Excellence Specialist focuses on driving operational efficiency through the identification of process & policies improvement opportunities and leveraging data analytics across all Workplace teams. The role requires cross-functional collaboration to implement effective solutions, ensuring smooth business operations and continuous enhancement of service delivery. This includes executing quality audits, summarizing results and monitor and evaluate service management metrics.
This role can be based in both Amsterdam and London depending on location.
Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our London or Amsterdam office (based on location) & 2 days working from home
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Process and policies frameworks - Assist in managing the implementation of process & policies changes, ensuring smooth adoption and tracking through KPI dashboards to drive efficiency
• Develop an understanding of the business objectives and how Workplace process improvements can help achieve those goals, ensuring that recommendations are aligned with organizational needs
• Support change management activities for process and policies improvements, working closely with senior team members to ensure stakeholder buy-in and smooth implementation of solutions.
• Data Analytics and Continuous Improvement - Assist in the collection and analysis of data related to workplace operational and process performance, ensuring that continuous improvements are driven by relevant metrics and data insights.
• Quality Assurance - Support the establishment of quality assurance standards and help maintain process adherence across teams.
• Collaboration - Collaborate with business leaders to ensure processes are aligned with organizational needs and comply with internal controls and legislation.

What will you bring to the table?

• A self-starter with a strong, organized approach to project work.
• Experience in continuous improvement methodologies (LEAN Six Sigma, Prosci, or equivalent).
• Previous experience working in an international setting is beneficial.
• Ability to independently manage smaller projects, summarizing findings and offering recommendations.
• Strong teamwork skills, promoting Workplace as a business enabler with a focus on quality, innovation and a positive work environment.
