What you will learn as a Health & Safety intern:
As an intern, you are part of the Health and Safety department. Within the H&S department, you are at the heart of the factory organization. The department closely collaborates with various disciplines in the factory and provides support to the production departments in their daily activities from a safety and health perspective.

As a Health & Safety Intern, you will be responsible for working within a part of the Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) department. Within the department, you are at the heart of the factory organization. The department closely collaborates with various disciplines in the factory and provides support to the production departments in their daily activities from a safety perspective. In addition to an interesting internship assignment, there is also plenty of room for practical assignments within Health & Safety.

Kwalificaties
Job essentials:

• HBO Bachelor student in Safety Science or a related field
• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Possesses a positive attitude and good communication skills, as you will interact with various levels within the organization
• Proactive, assertive, and results-driven
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Has analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Speaks fluent Dutch & English

Wat je leert als Health & Safety stagiair:
Als stagiair maak je deel uit van de afdeling HSE. Binnen de HSE afdeling zit je in het hart van de fabrieksorganisatie. De afdeling werkt nauw samen met verschillende disciplines in de fabriek en biedt ondersteuning aan de productieafdelingen bij hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden vanuit het oogpunt van veiligheid en gezondheid.

Als stagiair ben je verantwoordelijk voor het werken binnen een deel van de afdeling Gezondheid, Veiligheid & Milieu (HSE). Binnen de afdeling zit je in het hart van de fabrieksorganisatie. De afdeling werkt nauw samen met verschillende disciplines in de fabriek en biedt ondersteuning aan de productieafdelingen bij hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden vanuit veiligheidsperspectief. Naast een interessante stageopdracht is er ook veel ruimte voor praktijkopdrachten binnen Health & Safety.

Qualifications
Essentiële functies:

• MBO student in Veiligheidskunde of een aanverwant vakgebied
• In staat om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken
• Beschikt over een positieve instelling en goede communicatieve vaardigheden, omdat je met verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie zult communiceren
• Proactief, assertief en resultaatgericht
• Sterke organisatorische en planningsvaardigheden
• Heeft analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen
• Spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
