Wat je gaat doen

Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de merken waar we mee werken en schakelt moeiteloos tussen vragen, tickets en kansen. Je:

  • beantwoordt klantvragen en filtert wat bij specialisten hoort
  • legt (soms technische) zaken in heldere taal uit
  • signaleert commerciële kansen en koppelt daar de juiste collega's aan
  • werkt netjes in CRM- en CMS-systemen en houdt je administratie strak op orde
  • bewaakt verwachtingen, terugkoppelingen en doorlooptijden

Twee­staps­verificatie, versleutelde wachtwoorden en tools wisselen – jij schakelt moeiteloos (of leert het snel). Je communiceert sterk, bent áltijd vriendelijk en krijgt energie van blije klanten en langdurige relaties.

  • Je communiceert helder en klantvriendelijk, schriftelijk én telefonisch (Nederlands)
  • Je schakelt makkelijk tussen kanalen (telefoon, mail, chat) en houdt overzicht
  • Je pakt systemen snel op; ervaring met CRM/CMS (WordPress) is een plus
  • Je ziet commerciële kansen en weet die subtiel te verzilveren
  • Je werkt zorgvuldig, zelfstandig én prettig in teamverband
  • Je hebt drive: jij wil klanten écht blij maken
  • Je verdient pluspunten als je kennis van code hebt
